Whatever killed all the fish left three, one dull little platy and two corydoras. After convincing myself that there was no terrible poison in the water, I knew it was important to get more cories, cos they are shoaling fish, and would be extremely unhappy without a group. So now there are five. Plus two more boring little platies for the boring platy. Why couldn't I just let the platy be? I don't know, I was worried about him, even though platies are nothing like as group orientated as cories. But the two new platies don't pay much attention to the old platy, so maybe he's lonely. Or maybe he's fine. I have no way of telling, because after all, he's just a fish.
I also have two balloon mollies who seem to be enjoying themselves. Here they are meeting one of the angels:
And another thing; some folk should just stick to profile shots:
Why did I buy new fish for the tank when I am trying to wind it down? And if I was going to buy more fish, why didn't I buy colourful interesting ones? Because I make no sense, even to myself.
